Whiskey Dixon is THE top 40 New Country Band from St. Louis, MO area. Formed in March of 2008, Whiskey Dixon has quickly moved to the top of the list in the New Country Music genre. Whiskey Dixon takes an alternative, edgy approach to the New Country market and since 2008 we have built quite a name for ourselves. Whiskey Dixon has appeared 8 times on the Annual Clear Channel 93.7 The Bull – Bull Float trip. We have helped the station grow this event from a parking lot party of a few hundred people to nearly 15,000 in last years crowd. In past years we have shared the this stage with Chase Rice, Frankie Ballard, Craig Morgan, Brett Aldridge, Gloriana, and Daryl Worly...Other names we have worked with throughout the years including Jason Aldean, Jake Owen, David Nail, Hunter Hayes, Craig Campbell, John Anderson, Chris Cagle, Craig Morgan and many, many more.
We have an in house marketing team and have a great working relationship with 93.7 The Bull and 92.3 WIL. Whiskey Dixon's set list covers our original compositions as well as everything from Jason Aldean, Luke Bryan, Sam Hunt, and more! We even tackle some of your favorite rock songs from the 70's, 80's and 90's.

About the Washington Brass Band...
The Washington Brass Band is a community band with history dating back to the early 1900s. The Washington Boys Band and the Washington Concert Band both had members who had played with the Washington Elks Band and the International Shoe Factory Band. Some members of the Washington Boys Band still play with us today!
We primarily play marches with some waltzes, polka's, a little Dixieland, with a few other styles thrown in.
Musicians of all skill levels are welcome to play with us. We have adults who play regularly, high school kids, and folks who want to get back into playing their instrument after years of leaving it in the closet.
Rehearsals are held Thursday nights from 8:00 to 9:30 pm in the lower level of the Washington KC Hall. On rare occasions, practice is cancelled, or held elsewhere because of another booking in the hall. If you come and there is no practice, be sure to try again.
