Thanks to everyone that has already registered their livestock using our new online registration system! The deadline to register is July 1, so if you have not yet registered, please do so soon.
Here are the questions being answered most frequently at the Chamber Office - we thought it would be a good idea to send the answers to everyone to save people some time and/or frustration.
Premiums Paid To: This is the exhibitor’s name, as you want it listed on the premium check that is cashed at the fair bank.
All Market Animals are listed under the Market Animals section, not under their species.
Bucket Calf (and Pre 4-H Bucket Calf) are listed under Beef, Jr. Division
For Pre 4-H Bucket Calf, please list NA for the Show Me Quality #.
Originally, we requested that participants register for both Jr. and Open Divisions if they wanted to enter both. However, since the system will automatically charge you a stall fee for both divisions, please enter ONLY the Jr. Division if you are a junior exhibitor. We will automatically add the junior exhibitors to the Open Classes as well when online registration closes. If you would prefer not to show in the Open Class, just let us know at check-in.
Parking Passes and Other Paperwork will be available when animals are checked into the fair on Tuesday night. If you have animals that are checked in after the fair opens, your packet will be available at the South Traffic Gate.
Tickets must be purchased at the Chamber Office or at www.washmofair.com. You can save $5 on each season pass with promo code SAVE. If you know a queen contestant, she will have a promo code that is also worth a $5 savings on each pass.
